ValueScan

We believe in a city where everything and everyone is close together. A city where space is optimally used, is not a surplus and where new developments and needs can easily be accommodated. A city that is constantly in motion and where the real estate has a less static character. For this it is necessary to look at the value of the buildings and public spaces in the city in a new way. New buildings must be adaptively designed so that future, as yet unpredictable, developments can be included. Existing buildings should be investigated for opportunities to accommodate new needs and activities.


We consider it our task to provide insight into the possibilities of existing buildings and to assign a value to them. This is a way of making visible to building owners and users which has potential value and value development of existing real estate.


Together with ABC Nova and DGMR, we therefore developed the ValueScan. In this way, we investigate the possibilities to improve a building and show what this means for the value of the building. We outline the scenarios for existing real estate, calculated over four maturities: over 5, 10 and 20 years, but also what can be done now.
