Ocom

Recently the new office of LeaseWeb (part of Ocom) in Amsterdam was opened. Leaseweb is one of the largest hosting companies in Europe. Kraaijvanger has renovated an empty office and refurbished it in a visible location along the A2 and A9 motorways, near the Arena. The building, which was empty for six years and was in a dilapidated state, has undergone a renovation and re-use. The plan is a completely new interior including all structural modifications. The project covers approx. 5000 m² divided over the ground floor, four office floors and a complete garden with terraces. The ground floor is designed as an identity floor and forms the social heart of Leaseweb. Various lounge areas, espresso bar and food café have been realized here. This floor offers a pleasant environment in which you can informally meet, meet, collaborate, feel at home and be inspired. The realization was completed within the target time of half a year. A good example of reallocating vacant properties!
