We are proud to present our Impact Report 2025. A look back at a year in which we worked alongside clients, partners and users to create spaces that contribute to a healthy, social and future-proof living environment.
For us, architecture begins with taking responsibility. For the world of today and that of tomorrow. That is why we design buildings that give back more than they take: buildings that generate energy, enhance biodiversity, store CO₂ and connect naturally with their surroundings. Using regenerative materials, creating healthy spaces and taking a holistic view of ecology, we are building a new standard step by step. As our 100th anniversary approaches, we have a clear ambition: every building we work on must make a positive contribution to its users.
In 2025, too, we continued to work on solutions for some of the most pressing social issues of our time. For instance, future-proof schools were completed in Lelystad and Oman – projects on which we have worked intensively in recent years.
We also designed two very different museums, each with a strong cultural and social significance. In Heerlen, we created a new venue where the oldest Roman remains in the Netherlands are made accessible to a wide audience. In Oirschot, we designed a new museum for the Order of Franciscan Sisters: a cultural-historical venue where the rich history of the convent is brought to life in a contemporary way.
In Boxmeer, the new town hall was completed, bringing together the merger of the former municipalities of Boxmeer, Cuijk, Sint Anthonis, Mill, Sint Hubert and Grave in a single building. The refurbishment reflects the delicate balance of our democracy: open, accessible and unifying.
In addition, several projects reached an important milestone. The topping-out ceremonies were celebrated for Blaak 333, Canvas Living (Brainpark) and Huis voor de Stad Amersfoort. Construction also began on Station Zuidplein, SEM Hoofddorp, De Nieuwe Post in Arnhem, IKC Vindingrijk and De Scharnier. We were also able to start the renovation of PwC Westgate 2 in Amsterdam, PwC’s first Paris Proof office in the Netherlands.
In 2025, we also organised two editions of Rotunda: our networking event centred on meeting people, sharing knowledge and collaborating. Rather than adopting a closed-door approach, we welcomed everyone with open arms. During these gatherings, we brought people together to discuss themes such as social and cultural impact and sustainable timber construction – topics that are essential to the transition towards a future-proof living environment.
