Blaak 333 is opgeleverd!

In one of Rotterdam’s most prominent locations, we have, together with our partners, added 319 new homes to the city centre.

This project holds special significance for us. We designed the original building here in the 1960s, oversaw its renovation in the 1990s, and are now adding a new chapter to this iconic location. A transformation from a former Rabobank branch into a vibrant residential building featuring public spaces, catering facilities, co-working spaces and green areas.

What makes us particularly proud? The quality of living. With generous outdoor spaces surrounding the tower, a communal roof garden and communal areas in the plinth, urban living here literally has more space. Exactly the sort of smart and future-proof solutions we strive for.

The demand for housing in Rotterdam is high, and this is reflected in the level of interest: virtually all the flats have now been let. And from today, the first residents are receiving their keys!

A special moment during the handover was the unveiling of *Triomf* by artist Kees Verkade. The sculpture, which has been associated with this location since 1995, has been given a new home at the entrance to Blaak 333, thereby connecting the past, present and future.

And later on? You can grab a takeaway coffee downstairs, soak up the city’s buzz, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet on your balcony, high above the Blaak. For us, that’s the strength of this project: right in the dynamic heart of Rotterdam, with plenty of space to feel at home.
