Kraaijvanger is proud that the Binck with Binck Eiland has been declared the Best future residential project in The Hague!

Two days before the official start of construction of De Binck, the area housing Binck Eiland was awarded the title Best future residential project of The Hague at the congress 'Housing Market The Hague'. We are extremely proud that we are contributing to this with De Binck. The transformation of the office building for the former state printer SDU into 75 apartments is extra special for us. Not only for the importance of the sustainable use of existing buildings, but it is also the first transformation of an own design for Hans Goverde, who drew the complex for the SDU in 2003. The apartments in the Binck are just the beginning of Binck Eiland, where eventually 240 homes will be built: the pioneers of Binckhorst's transformation from industry to a lively living-work area for 10,000 residents.
