The new municipal office of Venlo was officially opened on Friday, October 14, 2016 by the proud mayor of Venlo and the commissioner of the King of Limburg. Beeldwerkwerk.tv made a documentary about the construction. Architect Hans Goverde: "As architects, we want to design buildings that make people happy and better, in which people can work optimally and feel better."
