A diverse coalition of various parties recently signed a contract of intent for the Area Development of De Esch. Based on everyone's expertise, enthusiasm and urgency to strengthen the livability of De Esch, a special cooperation was created.

Coalition de Esch consists of: Vesteda, NLV, Achmea Real Estate, BAKKERS | HOMMEN, Blue-house BV, TBI, ERA Contour B.V., ECHO Urban Design, Kraaijvanger Architects, Stebru and Woonstad Rotterdam

We believe that things need to change in De Esch to ensure that De Esch stays the same. We need to strengthen the neighborhood now so that we can pass on the special feeling of De Esch to future generations. We want to work on this with the neighborhood.
