Kraaijvanger

The Netherlands currently has 4 town halls with a BREEAM certificate. This is what Kraaijvanger Architects 3 has designed: Stadhuis Almelo,Utrecht City Office andLeidschendam-Voorburg town hall. Almelo has four stars, with a score of 78 percent. This is followed by the Leidschendam-Voorburg town hall (56%) and the new Utrecht town hall (45%). Both will receive two BREEAM stars.
The other city office that scores well is in Rotterdam. Municipalities are working hard on increasing the sustainability of municipal real estate in an article by the National Board.
