Through the ‘Voormekaar’ plan, we are working with ERA Contour B.V., SVP Architectuur en Stedenbouw, Studio Stad, Felixx Landscape Architects & Planners and Monice Janson to create a new neighbourhood in The Hague within the De Venen area development: a place where people, cultures and generations are connected.

‘Voormekaar’ stands for an inclusive and future-proof living environment with 867 homes, where interaction, social cohesion and nature come together naturally. From shared facilities to a green, car-free inner area. Everything is designed to bring residents closer together.

By adopting an integrated design approach from the very start, we demonstrate that complex urban challenges do not require compromise, but rather a powerful synergy between affordability, ecology and quality of life.
