Good news from Barendrecht: the planning permission for Casa Limo in the heart of the Fruit Packing District has been granted!

With around 550 studios and flats, there will be space for first-time buyers and small households who currently struggle to find suitable accommodation. As well as their own homes, residents will have access to communal living rooms, cooking studios, flexible workspaces, guest rooms, roof gardens and green courtyards with fruit trees.

Casa Limo builds on the identity of Citrus Park, where the history of the fruit sector meets a healthy and green living environment. From herbs on the roof to cooking together with locally grown produce: living, socialising, working, nature and food production all have their place here.

Residents will have their own space, with plenty of room to meet and live together!
