First 50-meter pool open

From Monday you can swim in the new 50-meter swimming pool at Rotterdam-Zuid. The bath, which is located after a major renovation in the former sub-municipal office, is the first competition pool in the region. The name of this pool is 'Swimming Centre Rotterdam'. The official, festive opening comes at a later time in the year. (Source: Elsje Jorritsma NRC)
