Connexxion, Haarlem (NL)
Peter van der Helm
A feasability study was made for Haarlem's former Connexxion bus depot. The development included a new square with a school, a day care centre and a five storey apartment building. During the day the public square is partly in use as the school's playground. Along the business area a courtyard is designed with ground floor parking spaces and semi-public access to the first floor single-family dwellings.
