Kraaijvanger proudly embraces transformation of Rotterdam icon

Kraaijvanger Architects will proudly work on the transformation of a Rotterdam icon: De Delftse Poort.

This iconic building next to the central station has long been the highest office in the Netherlands. A real eye-catcher that immediatly creates a modern and impressive view for everyone who walks out of the station. However, more than half of the building is empty due to the contraction of ING and Nationale Nederlanden. This problem must change, says CBRE real estate investor. Together with Kraaijvanger Architects they will embrace this project to proudly take care of the transformation.

Good news! City hall Venlo is nominated for the WAN Sustainable Buildings Award 2017.
